14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in line with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

Eligibility

Because fragrances are personal-use products, items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original cellophane-sealed packaging. Fragrances that have been opened, unsealed or sprayed cannot be returned.

EGP 10,000 Authenticity Guarantee

If a fragrance purchased from Egy Fragrance is proven to be unoriginal, the 14-day limit does not apply. You will receive a full refund plus EGP 10,000 in cash.

How to Return

Contact us by WhatsApp or by email at egyfragrance@gmail.com with your order number. A courier will collect the item from your address within 48 hours.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or InstaPay.
