01. 14-Day Return Window
In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for items in their original, unopened condition.
02. Eligibility Criteria
Due to the personal nature of luxury fragrances, products must be returned in their original cellophane-sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns for scents that have been sprayed or unsealed.
Our commitment to originality is absolute. If a product is proven to be unoriginal, the standard 14-day limit is waived. We will issue a full refund plus 10,000 EGP Cash as part of our brand promise.
03. The Return Process
Contact our concierge via WhatsApp or Email. We will arrange a premium courier to collect the item from your doorstep within 48 hours.
04. Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery, we offer bank transfers or Instapay for your convenience and security.
